Valentine

This film about an asexual girl coming out to her non-binary significant other was a labor love! I directed a team of six, including myself, in order to complete this film within the time limit of 48 hours for the You Have 48 Hours film festival. Aside from being the director, I also did character design work, rough animation, and cleanup. The film was animated entirely in Adobe Animate and was done completely remotely, making it a new experience for all of us involved.

Love Slain

For my senior film I was assigned to the film Love Slain, a 2D puppeted silhouette film. Due to early developments I became one of

the two Co-Directors. I have been heavily involved in several aspects of the film including boarding, rigging, backgrounds/layouts, and animating. Directing Love Slain was one of my hardest projects to tackle at SCAD. Throughout the project one of the most important things I've taken from this experience is understanding how to encourage communication from teammates as well as how to communicate my own expectations for them.

mAGICAL mONITOR

A 30 second film of a magical

hall monitor girl stumbling upon what appears to be bullying and transforming to save the day only

to realize its just a loving couple.

This film was created by my roommate, Luca LaFaire, and

I within 24 hours for the SCAD

hosted animation jam.

I did the character design for

the main character and I rigged the bully character. We both did the animation, and compositing together.

Un-Balancing Act

30 second short film of a clown character attempting to balance plates on poles while staying atop

a ball.
